- Designed to prevent the ingress of water or dirt into new and existing pipe work but widely used as rodent proofing existing pipework
- The expanding drain cap is made of a rubber tyre ring, which is fitted between two plates. A moveable wing nut compresses the tyre, causing it to expand in the pipe which seals off the opening.
