The Exocutor range is full of features designed to maximise useful UV light output, from the internal aluminium UV light reflectors, designed to re-use the powerful insect attracting wavelength of the BL 368nm tubes, to the unique light scoops which allow light to exude from the corners of the unit as well as the front, back and sides.

Staggered tube positioning ensures that the maximum amount of UV light is radiated from all areas of the unit, luring flying insects into the highly effective triangular killing grid.

How does The Zapper Ecocutor 80watt Stainless Electric Fly Killer work?

Exocutor™ utilises ultraviolet tubes to attract flying insects and then electrocutes them on a killing grid, before collecting them in a removable catch tray.
WARNING:

• Exocutor ™ is not to be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and training unless they have been given instructions.
• Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
• If the mains cable is damaged it must be replaced by a specialist mains cable available from us.
• Not suitable for applications where potentially explosive environments may exist.

Positioning and Guidance

THIS UNIT IS FOR INDOOR USE ONLY. NOT SUITABLE FOR USE IN BARNS, STABLES & SIMILAR LOCATIONS.
Exocutor ™ should ideally be fixed around two meters above the ground, preferably in the darkest place within the area to be protected. Do not position the unit close to windows, skylights or other light sources, or where it may be obscured by furniture, doors or other obstacles. Ideally, the Exocutor 80watt Stainless Electric Fly Killer should be visible from every part of the area to be protected.

The EXOCUTOR 80watt Stainless Electric Fly Killer should ideally be in operation 24 hours a day, ensuring your premises are kept free of flying insects. Insects are most attracted to Exocutor ™ units at night when there is no competition from daylight or other light sources.

Guarantee

Exocutor ™ has a three-year guarantee* and if maintained as recommended in these instructions should continue to work for many years. The use of non-approved consumables may invalidate the guarantee.
